: Review date:When I read the interesting recipe, I was very curious about the taste of this linseed oil mixture. I first tried it pure in order to perceive the full aroma. My first thought was: the oil reminds me of vanilla ice cream in orange juice. The tangerine clearly stands out and is nicely rounded off by the aromatic vanilla with a hint of lavender. I couldn't detect any coconut aroma, but the coconut oil gives the mixture a slightly firmer consistency, which is why it gets firm when stored in the fridge. I can imagine this mixture being good for refining sweet dishes and desserts, but I will also try it out in slightly sweet salads or shakes. I was fascinated by the intense aroma of this mixture, which is why I am already looking forward to Bio Planète's other linseed oil mixtures.
Als ich die interessante Rezeptur gelesen hatte, war ich sehr neugierig, wie diese Leinöl Mixtur wohl schmecken mag. Ich hatte sie erstmal pur probiert, um das volle Aroma wahrzunehmen. Mein erster Gedanke war: das Öl erinnert mich an Vanilleeis in Orangensaft. Die Mandarine sticht deutlich heraus und wird schön abgerundet durch die aromatische Vanille mit einem Hauch Lavendel. Kokosaroma konnte ich nicht wahrnehmen, aber das Kokosöl gibt der Mixtur eine etwas festere Konsistenz, weshalb diese im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt fest wird. Ich kann mir diese Mixtur gut zum Verfeinern von süßen Speisen und Desserts vorstellen, werde sie aber auch mal in leicht süßlichen Salaten oder Shakes ausprobieren. Das intensive Aroma dieser Mixtur hat mich fasziniert, weshalb ich schon sehr gespannt auf die weiteren Leinöl Mixturen von Bio Planète bin.
