Lange habe ich mich nicht an dieses Öl herangetraut, obwohl ich „Blue“ und „Green“ schon länger kaufe. Daher ist es für mich eine Neuentdeckung und ich finde es außergewöhnlich. Man muss schon ausprobieren, wozu es passt und einem schmeckt, ich finde es ganz toll zu Roter Bete (als Carpaccio oder als Salat einfach nur mit Zwiebeln). Bestimmt finde ich noch weitere Möglichkeiten. Sehr lecker.

Zuerst war ich vom hohen Preis abgeschreckt, aber dieses leckere Öl ist jeden Cent wert. Endlich ein Leinöl ohne den typischen leicht bitteren Geschmack. Das Orangenöl und die Blütenpollen sorgen für eine herrlich fruchtige Note. Ich esse es besonders gerne über rohen Gemüsesticks.
