Application:
Shake before use.
Use the oil pulling treatment every morning on an empty stomach. Pull, sip and chew 1 tbsp (10 ml) of the oil through your teeth for 3-5 minutes. Do not gargle. Do not swallow it either, but spit it out after oil pulling and dispose of it in the residual waste. Then rinse your mouth several times with clean water. You can then brush your teeth normally.

: Review date:This mixture left a very, very good taste in my mouth. So it is worth every penny. But unfortunately I have to save a bit, and you can also make an oil pulling cure with cheaper oils. But if you have a little more money than I do, I would definitely recommend this mixture.
Diese Mixtur hinterließ einen sehr, sehr guten Geschmack im Mund. Sie ist also jeden Cent wert. Aber leider muss ich ein bisschen sparen, und man kann eine Ölziehkur auch mit billigeren Ölen machen. Wer aber ein bisschen mehr Geld zur Verfügung hat als ich, dem würde ich diese Mixtur unbedingt empfehlen.

: Review date:I discovered oil pulling about 2 years ago and have been doing it regularly ever since. I have to agree with Gabriela G.. The oil is quite intense. However, the variety of oils contained is the reason for purchase for me. Personally, I would recommend the stated 3-5 minutes for beginners and 10 minutes for advanced users so that the effect is still clearly noticeable.
Das Ölziehen habe ich vor etwa 2 Jahren entdeckt und mache es seitdem regelmäßig. Ich muss Gabriela G. recht geben. Das Öl ist durchaus intensiv. Die Vielzahl der enthaltenen Öle ist für mich allerdings der Kaufgrund. Ich persönlich würde Einsteigern die angegebenen 3-5 Minuten und den Fortgeschrittenen 10 Minuten empfehlen, damit der Effekt noch deutlich spürbar ist.

: Review date:I find the taste pleasant. It is a little too thick for me, which is why I find it quite exhausting to rinse with it, especially because I have very narrow interdental spaces. It's easier with other oils. I'm surprised that it's only used for a few minutes, when most oil rinses are supposed to be done for longer. Overall, I like the oil, wouldn't order it again for now, but would try something else. I might come back to it later though.
Den Geschmack empfinde ich als angenehm. Mir ist es etwas zu dickflüssig, weswegen ich es recht anstrengend finde, damit zu spülen, vor allem weil ich sehr enge Zahnzwischenräume habe. Das ist mit anderem Öl einfacher. Mich wundert, dass es nur ein paar Minuten verwendet wird, wo die meisten Ölziehspühlungen ja länger gemacht werden sollen. Insgesamt gefällt mir das Öl, würde es vorerst nicht noch mal bestellen, sondern etwas anderes ausprobieren. Vielleicht komme ich später aber darauf zurück.
