: Review date:The consistency is that of fresh garlic. I can only taste the added acidity minimally. The pungency of fresh garlic is not present. I have added the garlic to cooked pasta without frying and in slices on sandwiches. The typical garlic flavour barely comes through and I don't really notice that there is garlic in it, even though I used more. So for me, it doesn't go well with all dishes. One advantage, however, is that the garlic flavour doesn't remain so intense and long after the meal, so you can also eat it in the evening. You can also use it for all sorts of things, as the label says you should preferably use up the jar within 10 days, which is not easy for a small household.
Die Konsistenz ist die von frischem Knoblauch. Die zugesetzte Säure schmecke ich nur minimal. Die Schärfe von frischem Knoblauch ist nicht vorhanden. Ich habe den Knoblauch ohne Anbraten zu gekochten Nudeln gegeben und in Scheiben auf Sandwiches. Der typische Knoblauchgeschmack kommt kaum durch und ich merke nicht so sehr, dass Knoblauch drin ist, obwohl ich extra mehr genommen habe. Für mich passt das daher nicht zu allen Gerichten. Ein Vorteil ist jedoch, dass nach dem Essen der Knoblauchgeschmack nicht so intensiv und lange verbleibt, so dass man das auch gut abends essen kann. So kann man das auch für alles mögliche verwenden, denn per Etikett soll man das Glas vorzugsweise innerhalb von 10 Tagen aufbrauchen, für einen kleinen Haushalt nicht einfach.

: Review date:Garlic in my kitchen is a must. At the Italian restaurant the other day they had pickled garlic. I wanted that for us too. After a bit of searching, I found this one and am very pleased. A great addition to my kitchen.
Knoblauch in meiner Küche ist Pflicht. Im italienischen Restaurant gab es letztens eingelegten Knoblauch. Den wollte ich auch für uns. Nach etwas Suche bin bei diesem hier gelandet und bin sehr zufrieden. Eine prima Bereicherung für meine Küche.
