Bio Manufaktur Spitz Organic Eggnog Cinnamon. The typical aromatic flavour of the cult drink is mixed with subtle cinnamon notes. The taste continues with a subtle hint of egg and a present but restrained sweetness, rounded off by the pleasant cinnamon flavour. Perfect size for 2 eggnog shots! The 0.1 litre bottle from Bio Manufaktur Spitz is suitable for anyone who wants to try and taste "just a little" and wouldn't want to consume a large bottle. In terms of flavour, I find the cinnamon version very pleasantly delicious. However, I couldn't detect any visible signs of cinnamon (e.g. finely ground powder), so liquid flavouring or similar is probably used here. In terms of consistency, the organic eggnog is a little more liquid compared to others and therefore more drinkable (some others can only be drunk by the spoonful!). The label states "without milk" - perhaps good to know for lactose-intolerant people. Enjoy!

Perfekte Größe für 2 Eierlikör-Shots! Die 0,1l Flasche aus der Bio Manufaktur Spitz eignet sich für alle, die "nur mal ein bisschen" probieren und kosten wollen und keine großen Flaschen verbrauchen würden. Geschmacklich finde ich die Variante mit Zimt sehr angenehm lecker. Allerdings habe ich keine sichtbaren Anzeichen von Zimt (bspw. feingemahlenes Pulver) entdecken können, so dass hier wahrscheinlich flüssiges Aroma o.ä. verwendet wird. Von der Konsistenz her ist der Bio Eierlikör im Vergleich zu anderen etwas flüssiger und damit auch trinkbarer (manch andere kann man nur löffelweise zu sich nehmen!). Auf dem Etikett steht der Hinweis "ohne Milch" - vielleicht für laktoseintolerante Menschen gut zu wissen. Viel Genuss!
