Endlich habe ich mal geschälte Pistazien in purem Zustand. Nicht mehr dieses nervige Aufpuhlen der Schalen. Einziger Nachteil: Dadurch futtert man mehr davon, da sind 150 g wie nichts verschwunden.

Endlich habe ich Pistazien ohne Schale und ohne irgend welche Würzmittel oder Salz gefunden. So schmecken sie mir am besten. Und ich hab nicht mehr dieses lästige Schälerei. Machen sich auch richtig gut beim Kochen.

Ich wollte mal Pistazien naturell probieren. Hab ich jetzt, brauch ich nicht mehr. Die Qualität der Pistazien ist zwar gut, aber so ohne alles schmecken sie mir nicht wirklich. Entweder man macht sich die Arbeit und würzt sie selbst oder man kauft sie fertig gewürzt. So wie ich in Zukunft.
