Bio Asia Organic Ramen Noodles. With a golden-yellow colour imparted by a hint of turmeric, these wheat flour ramen noodles are a classic accompaniment to hot broths and all kinds of Asian-inspired dishes. With the typically firm, slightly springy texture that defines good ramen, they deliver an authentic Asian taste experience, whether stir-fried or served in soups.

Application:

For soup: Cook the noodles in plenty of water for about 5 minutes. Then drain the water and add the noodles to your chosen soup.
For stir-frying: Cook the noodles in plenty of water for approx. 4 minutes or soak them, covered, in a warm water bath (70–80 °C) for approx. 10 minutes. Then rinse each batch briefly under cold water and drain. Use them for stir-frying.
