Bingenheimer Saatgut Winterkresse. Winter cress, also known as barbara weed, is a salad plant with a spicy, cress-like flavour. The biennial plant is completely undemanding and absolutely frost-hardy. It forms strong rosettes of leaves that can be harvested leaf by leaf or cut several times. Also thrives in balcony boxes and planters without any problems.
