The hammer! Sowing and harvesting super easy, but that's secondary. What this mixture brings to the plate is a real experience. I still know a few flowers in herb butter from grandma's days, but never thought of growing a sea of flowers myself, which I can then even use for decoration/flavouring. Sometimes you discover such beautiful things, I am very grateful for that!

Der Hammer! Aussaat und Ernte super leicht, aber das ist zweitrangig. Was diese Mischung auf den Teller bringt ist ein wahres Erlebnis. Ich kenne noch ein paar Blüten in der Kräuterbutter aus Omas Zeiten, dachte aber nie daran, selbst ein Blumenmeer anzupflanzen, das ich dann sogar noch zur Dekoration/Aromatisierung verwenden kann. Manchmal entdeckt man so wunderschöne Dinge, ich bin sehr dankbar dafür!

Diese essbaren Blüten bringen Farbe auf den Tisch. Zum Beispiel wird aus einem einfachen Magerquark ein aufregend bunter Blütendipp und die selbstgemachte Kräuterbutter wird dank der farbenfrohen Blüttenblatter ein Eyecatcher. Auch prima für Salate und Soßen. Kleiner Tipp: Je öfter man sie erntet, umso rascher wachsen sie nach.
