You can sow the peas from mid-April. Use a stick to make a deep groove in the soil and place peas in it at a distance. Then cover the seeds with soil and press it down a little. After about ten days you will see the first leaves. If the plants are about as high as your hand, you will need a climbing aid, e.g. long branches of bushes, which you stick into the soil.
