Bingenheimer Saatgut Organic Seeds of Incarnate Clover. Undemanding clover species for overwintering cultivation. Incarnate clover (variety: Heusers Ostsaat) is ideal for promoting soil fertility. Like all legumes, it is well suited as a preceding crop before vegetable crops with a high nitrogen requirement. However, it should not be sown before or after other legumes such as peas or beans. Its blood-red flowers, which appear in May, are beautiful to look at and also serve as a food source for many insects.
