Application:
Hot Matcha Latte: Pour approx. 200 ml of hot, but not boiling, water over 40 g (approx. 3½ tbsp) of the Matcha Latte mix. Stir well with a spoon or shake in a shaker until the mixture has completely dissolved.
Cold Matcha Latte: Pour approx. 150 ml of cold water over 40 g (approx. 3½ tbsp) of the matcha latte mix. Shake in a shaker until the mixture has completely dissolved. Then add 2 to 3 ice cubes.
For more foam, you can use a bamboo whisk or an electric milk frother. Sweeten with sugar or another sweetener as desired.
