: Review date:A great salt that I can't imagine my kitchen without. I now use it to season almost everything instead of the normal salt because I like the citrus note so much. It's delicious with fried courgettes with garlic and, of course, with fish. It saves me the splash of lemon juice for freshness.
Ein tolles Salz, das aus meiner Küche nicht mehr wegzudenken ist. Mittlerweile nehme ich es zum Würzen von fast allem anstatt des normalen Salzes, weil ich die Zitrusnote so gerne mag. Sehr lecker zu gebratenen Zucchini mit Knoblauch und natürlich zu Fisch. Ich spare mir damit den Spritzer Zitronensaft für die Frische.
