Unfortunately, in summer I often have the problem that my feet stink when I wear sneakers :( I even mentioned this in passing to the doctor, who recommended that I apply a care ointment before going to bed. (He didn't explicitly mention this one, I found it myself). Of course, it is very important that the ointment is absorbed quickly and this is the case with this ointment. The next day, I actually have fewer problems with sweaty feet. It's still not the best solution, but I'm still very grateful for the tip and that it really does have an effect.

Im Sommer habe ich in Sneakern leider oft das Problem, dass meine Füße stinken :( Ich sprach das sogar nebenbei mal beim Arzt an, der mir empfahl, eine Pflegesalbe vor dem Schlafengehen aufzutragen. (Er hat nicht explizit diese erwähnt, ich habe sie selbst gefunden). Das schnelle Einziehen ist dafür natürlich sehr wichtig und bei der Salbe hier gegeben. Am Tag drauf habe ich dann tatsächlich weniger Probleme mit schwitzigen Füßen. Es ist zwar immernoch nicht die optimale Lösung, trotzdem bin ich sehr dankbar für den Tipp und, dass es tatsächlich etwas bewirkt.

Zieht schnell ein, darum kann ich sie nach einem langen Tag in Stiefeln auch gut vor dem Schlafengehen auftragen. Der Geruch ist auch ganz angenehm, ich muss allerdings sagen, dass meine Nase eh zu weit von meinen Füßen entfernt als das der Duft für mich einen Unterschied machen würde.
