I love going to the sauna, but a good infusion is the perfect way to round off the experience. I have tried many varieties of Bergland sauna infusions but this one is and remains my favourite. The fresh lemon scent is motivating and immediately gives you new energy. The indicated amount is also completely sufficient for one infusion.
