Bergland Pollen in the smaller 200 g jar. Flower pollen are the germ cells of plants. They are picked up by the collecting bees during their search for nectar and kneaded into pollen grains. With their ingredients, they serve as concentrated feed for the bees.

I occasionally add it to muesli and salads. It looks great, complements them with a fine, honey-like flavour and is simply a very tasty change and something special.

Kommt bei mir gelegentlich ins Müsli und in Salate. Macht optisch was her, ergänzt diese mit einem feinen, honig-ähnlichen Geschmack und ist einfach eine ganz schmackhafte Abwechslung und etwas Besonderes.

i always eat flower pollen like this. but this one from Bergland doesn't taste as good. but it was cheap. well, it's not organic either.

ich esse den blütenpollen immer so. aber der hier von bergland schmeckt nicht so gut. aber er war preisgünstig. naja, ist auch kein bio.
