Before use, rinse and soak for 3-5 minutes in warm water. Squeeze out carefully any excess water and gently cleanse skin using circular motions. If you wish you can add a mild cleanser to the sponge.

After use, always rinse your sponge well and allow to dry between uses. Please replace approx. every 2-3 months.
