Add the desired amount of bath salts to warm bath water and allow to dissolve.
We recommend 5 level tablespoons per full bath with an optimum bathing time of 10-20 minutes and a water temperature of around 37 °C. After the bath, rinse the bath with clear water to avoid product residues.
