: Review date:Over the last few years, three generations of us have used Erntesegen yeast-free vegetable stock, which we found to be the most harmonious. Others had metallic leg notes, tasted of almost nothing but salt - this pure salt and starch-free product here tops them all: very aromatic, balanced and you can taste the ingredients intensely! :)
Roughly estimating how much of the vegetable broth is not salt and starch, this pure product here and the broth mentioned do not have much in common in terms of price. The advantages, however, are obvious: you are free to decide whether and how much salt and starch you want to use each time and you don't buy a product with a high proportion of these two cheap ingredients.
Die letzten Jahre haben bei uns drei Generationen die Erntesegen Gemüsebrühe hefefrei verwendet, sie war für uns am stimmigsten. Andere hatten metallische Beinoten, schmeckten nach fast nichts außer nach Salz … dieser pure salz- und stärkefreie Produkt hier toppt sie alle: Sehr aromatisch, ausgewogen und man schmeckt die Zutaten intensiv heraus! :)
Grob überschlagen, wieviel Anteil in der Gemüsebrühe nicht auf Salz und Stärke entfallen, tun sich dieses pure Produkt hier und die genannte Brühe preislich nicht viel. Die Vorteile hingegen liegen auf der Hand: hiermit kann man frei entscheiden, ob und wieviel Salz und ggf. Stärke man jedes Mal verwenden möchte und man kauft kein Produkt mit hohen Anteilen dieser beiden günstigen Zutaten.

But beware - in the light plastic container (litre measure) the broth colours the material yellow!
Okay, "ohne Salz" ist für mich gewöhnungsbedürftig und ich salze nach, aber geschmacklich ist diese Gemüsebrühe von Beltane trotzdem unübertrefflich und wird auf jeden Fall wieder mit bestellt!
Aber Achtung - Im hellen Plastikgefäss (Litermaß) färbt die Brühe das Material gelb!
