Beltane Curry Marinade. Sweet potato fries! Mix the spice mixture with oil, let it stand a little, dice the potatoes and put them in the oven, evenly covering them with the marinade. Application:

For 500g grilled food: Mix the content of a sachet with 3-4 tablespoons of cooking oil (30g) and let stand for 10 minutes. Marinate the grilled food for at least 15 minutes.
For the BBQ: Marinate longer and grill accordingly.
In the pan/wok: Fry briefly, then cover and cook in its own juice at a low temperature.
In the oven: Bake at 200°C (170°C fan oven).
