Beltane Grill & Wok Organic Seasoning Mix for Wild Herbs Marinade. Wild garlic is the leading aroma in this seasoning mix for marinades. With thyme, onions and laurel, a lot comes together in this mix. Even tofu cannot withstand. Simply brush the marinade on and fry on the barbecue grill or in a frying pan until crispy. Bring variety to your barbecue plate.

Application:

For 500 g grillables: mix the contents of one sachet with 3-4 tbsp. cooking oil (30 g) and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
For the barbecue: marinate for a longer time and grill.
In the pan/wok: fry briefly, then cover and cook at a low temperature in its own juice.
In the oven: bake at 200 °C (170 °C circulating air).
