For 120 ml salad dressing:
You will need: 1 bag of Beltane Fix for Salad, 1 - 2 tbsp (20 ml) light balsamic vinegar, 4 tbsp (60 ml) water, 2 - 3 tbsp (40 ml) cooking oil.
Mix Beltane Fix for Salad, vinegar and water and let it stand for a few minutes.
Then add the cooking oil and mix with the desired salad.
Wash and chop the leaf lettuce (approx. 200 g leaf lettuce), fold in the dressing directly before eating.
