Beltane Fix for Salad Organic Onion Herbs. This salad seasoning fits perfectly to hearty salads. The freeze-dried herbs are mixed with water and oil and are ideally suited for potato or sausage salad. A little tip: with some cream you get a particularly fine cream dressing.

Preparation for 120 ml dressing

1 sachet of Beltane Fix for salad
1-2 tbsp (20 ml) light balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp (60 ml) water
2-3 tbsp (40 ml) edible oil

Mix Beltane Fix for Salad, vinegar and water and let stand for a few minutes. Then add the edible oil and mix with your salad.
