Beltane Fix for Salad Organic Garden Herbs. Like fresh from the raised bed! This green herb mix reflects the wonderful diversity of our gardens and weekly markets. Just right for mixed salads and especially for crunchy raw vegetables.
Preparation for 120 ml salad dressing:
1 sachet Beltane Fix for Salad
1 - 2 tbsp (20 ml) light balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp (60 ml) water
2 - 3 tbsp (40 ml) cooking oil
Mix Beltane Fix for Salad, vinegar and water and let it stand for a few minutes. Then add the cooking oil and mix with the desired salad.
For raw vegetable salad:
300-400g raw vegetables (e.g. carrot, apple, parsnip).
Grate the raw vegetables, mix with the dressing and leave to stand.
Tip: Mix a little yoghurt into the dressing.
