Two-step seasoning: During frying the precious spices are unlocked, giving the dish its authentic taste. When the fluid is added, the aromatic herbs that are stirred in give the dish its authentic touch. Mediterranean vegetable pan
Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 1 pack Beltane biofix Tuscany vegetables
- 300 g peeled potatoes
- 400 g mixed vegetables, for example, Peppers, zucchini, carrots, tomatoes
- 150 ml water
- Cut vegetables and potatoes into small cubes, provide water.
- Put two tablespoons of cooking oil (e.g., olive oil) along with spice mix 1 (small sachet) in a frying pan. Then heat hotplate. Once the spices exude their scents, add vegetables and potatoes and brown.
- Add water, stir in spice mix 2 (large sachet) and finish cooking with the lid closed for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
