- 1 packet Beltane biofix vegetable goulash
- 300 g potatoes
- 200 g mixed vegetables (e.g. carrot, pepper, root vegetables)
- 100 g onions
- 50 g tomato paste
- 400 ml water
- Cut the potatoes, vegetables and onions into pieces, prepare the water.
- Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan with the seasoning mix 1 (small sachet). Then heat the hotplate. As soon as the spices release their fragrance, add the potatoes, vegetables and onions and sauté.
- Pour in the water, stir in the tomato purée and seasoning mix 2 (large bag) and bring to the boil briefly. Place in a casserole dish and cook in the oven at 200°C (170°C convection oven), covered, for 50-60 minutes.
