Ingredients (for 2 persons):
- 300 g chicken (or turkey) breast
- 300 g mixed vegetables, e.g. broccoli, bell peppers, pak choi, zucchini, Chinese cabbage, mushrooms, spring onions
- 200 ml coconut milk
- Dice chicken (or turkey) breast, cut vegetables into strips. Prepare 200 ml coconut milk.
- Give 2 tbs. cooking oil (e.g. sesame oil) and spice mix 1 (small sachet) in a nonstick frying pan. Then heat the stove. When the spices exude their scents, add the meat and brown. Add the vegetables and continue browning.
- Add coconut milk, stir in spice mix 2 (large sachet) and allow to cook with lid closed for 6 minutes. Stir occasionally.
