Two-step seasoning: During frying the precious spices are unlocked, giving the dish its authentic taste. When the fluid is added, the aromatic herbs that are stirred in give the dish its authentic touch. The spices and herbs blend perfectly with the fresh ingredients – a rich and natural experience for the palate!
Ingredients:
- 1 package biofix Spaghetti Bolognese
- 200 g spaghetti
- 200 g minces meat
- 400 g canned tomatoes
- Cook the spaghetti in salt water according to the instruction on the package.
- Give 1-2 tbs. cooking oil (e.g. olive oil) and spice mix 1 (small sachet) in a frying pan. Then heat the stove. When the spices exude their scents, add the minced meat and brown well.
- Add the tomatoes, stir in spice mix 2 (large sachet) and allow to cook with lid closed for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Beim Kochen verlasse ich mich ganz auf meine Frau. Doch es gibt Tage, da ist sie auf Fortbildung oder beruflich unterwegs und ich kann dann ja nicht jeden Tag beim Lieferservice bestellen. Mit der Zubereitung nach Anleitung wie auf der Verpackung kommt selbst ein Anti-Kochgenie wie ich klar und es hat mir auch noch richtig gut geschmeckt.
