Beltane biofix Salmon Pasta. It has never been so easy to dish up the charm of Mediterranean cuisine! Seasoning is done in two steps: At roasting and at cooking!
Recipe Salmon Pasta (for 2 persons)
Ingredients
  • 150 g pasta
  • 250 g salmon
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 ml water
Preparation:
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instruction on the package in salt water and rinse them afterwards. Prepare the water and cream. Dice the salmon.
  2. Give 2 tbs. cooking oil (e.g. olive oil) and spice mix 1 (small sachet) in a non-stick frying pan. Heat gently the spices exude their scents, and then add the salmon and brown.
  3. Add the water and cream, stir in spice mix 2 (large sachet) and bring to the boil for a minute. Add the cooked pasta and heat at low temperature for a few minutes.

It tastes very good! However, I always add 250 ml of oat cuisine because otherwise it's too spicy and not "saucy" enough for me.

Schmeckt sehr gut! Allerdings füge ich immer 250 ml Hafer-Cuisine hinzu, weil es mir sonst zu würzig und zu wenig "soßig" ist.

The Beltane seasoning mixes are great when cooking has to be done quickly. Especially the salmon pasta convinced me because I love fish dishes. I love the fact that it is seasoned twice - first the salmon, then again with the noodles. For me, this is my absolute favourite, but I will also order other varieties to try.

Die Würzmischungen von Beltane sind super wenn es mal wieder schnell gehen muss beim Kochen. Vor allem die Lachsnudeln haben mich absolut überzeugt da ich Fischgerichte liebe. Ich finde es super, dass zweimal gewürzt wird - erst der Lachs, dann nochmal mit den Nudeln zusammen. Für mich mein absoluter Favorit, ich werde mir aber auch noch andere Sorten zum Probieren bestellen.
