Recipe Salmon Gratin (For 2 persons)
Ingredients:
  • 1 pack Beltane biofix Salmon Gratin
  • 250 g salmon fillet, fresh or thawed
  • 400 g of vegetables, for example, Tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, onions
  • 100 ml cream
Preparation:
  1. Cut vegetables into pieces and give in a baking dish. Stir spice mix 2 (large sachet) in 100 ml cream and mix with the vegetables. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C (air-circulation: 170°C) for about 20 minutes.
  2. Stirr spice mix 1 (small sachet) in 2 tablespoons cooking oil and spread on the salmon fillets with a pastry brush. Place salmon fillets on the vegetables and cook for another 20 minutes.
Tip: Serve with basmati or long-grain rice.
