Beltane biofix Paprika Chicken. It has never been easier to dish up the character of the Hungarian cuisine! Seasoning is done in two steps: At roasting and at cooking!
Recipe Paprika Chicken
Ingredients (for 2 people):
  • 1 pack Beltane biofix Paprika Chicken
  • 300 g turkey breast (or chicken breast)
  • 1 red or yellow paprika 
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 ml water
Preparation:
  1. Cut turkey or chicken breast and paprika into strips, prepare cream and water.
  2.  Give one or two tablespoons of cooking oil (for example sunflower oil) and spice mix 1 (small sachet) in a non-stick pan, then heat hotplate. Once the spices exude their scents, add meat and brown. Add paprika and  continue to brown  briefly.
  3. Add water and cream and stir in spice mix 2 (large sachet) and finish cooking on low heat for about 5 minutes with the lid closed. Stir occasionally.
Tip: Fry fresh garlic together with the poultry. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

Chicken paprika is a simple recipe in itself, so I wasn't sure how much difference a new spice mix could make.... BUT the Beltane biofix really has it all! The taste is much more intense and multi-faceted. I am thrilled.

Paprika Hähnchen ist an sich ja ein einfaches Rezept, deshalb war ich mir nicht sicher wie viel Unterschied eine neue Gewürzmischung machen kann... ABER die Beltane biofix hat es wirklich in sich! Der Geschmack ist viel intensiver und facettenreicher. Bin begeistert.

You can't really go wrong with a spice mix from Beltane. Good taste, authentic, simple and quick preparation and in the end it tastes great. If you want or have to resort to ready-made mixtures, then Beltane is the best choice in my opinion.

Mit einer Gewürzmischung von Beltane macht man eigentlich nichts verkehrt. Guter Geschmack, authentisch, einfache und schnelle Zubereitung und am Ende schmeckt es super. Wenn man auf Fertigmischungen zurückgreifen möchte oder muss, dann ist Beltane aus meiner Sicht die beste Wahl.
