Recipe Madras Curry Indian style
Ingredients (for 2 people):
  • 1 package Beltane biofix Madras Curry
  • 300 g meat cut into strips (turkey, chicken, pork, veal, beef)
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • 100 ml water
Preparation:
  1. Dice the meat and the tomatoes. Prepare the water.
  2. Mix 2 tbs. cooking oil and spice mix 1 (small sachet) in a nonstick frying pan. Heat the stove. When the spices exude their scents, add the meat and the tomatoes and sear until brown.
  3. Add the water and stir in spice mix 2 (large sachet) and allow to simmer with lid closed at low heat for approx. 5 minutes until meat is cooked. Stir occasionally.
Tip: Serve with basmati rice or pita and refine with 1 tbs. cream.

I am thrilled with the seasoning mixes from Beltane. They are absolutely perfect when you need to cook quickly. The dishes are prepared super fast and I don't have to season almost anything because everything in the mixes is perfectly coordinated. I will definitely make this Madras curry again and the recipes described here are also great!

Also ich bin begeistert von den Würzmischungen von Beltane. Wenn es mal schnell gehen muss absolut perfekt. Die Gerichte sind superschnell zubereitet und ich muss fast nichts mehr abschmecken da in den Mischungen alles perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt ist.
