Two-step seasoning: During frying the precious spices are unlocked, giving the Chop Suey its authentic taste. When the fluid is added, the aromatic herbs that are stirred in then give the taste that final touch. The spices and herbs blend perfectly with the fresh ingredients – a rich and natural experience for the palate!
Ingredients:
- 300g meat cut inso strips(turkey breast, chicken breast, pork, veal, beef)
- 300 g mixed vegetables (for example, leeks, carrots, paprikas, mushrooms, sugar peas, sprouts)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 200 ml of water
- Cut vegetables into strips, provide soy sauce and water.
- Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and spice mix 1 (small sachet) in a non-stick pan. Then heat hotplate. Once the spices exude their scents, add meat and fry, add vegetables and continue roasting.
- Add Water and soy sauce, stir in spice mix 2 (large sachet) and finish cooking with the lid closed for about 6 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Although I cook often and like to cook and am quite good in the kitchen, I have to admit that this fix mix tastes better than what I can manage. It's really rare that an organic ready-mix is better than what you can cook yourself, but here I can't help but say: Absolute recommendation for anyone who would like to cook the dish but is having trouble doing so. It is definitely more than worth the price!
Ich habe oft probiert, Chop Suey komplett selbst zu machen. Obwohl ich oft und gerne koche und ganz gut in der Küche umgehen kann, muss ich leider zugeben, dass dies Fix-Mischung besser schmeckt, als was ich hinbekomme. Es ist wirklich selten, dass eine Bio-Fertig-Mischung besser ist, als was man selbst kochen kann, aber hier komme ich nicht herum zu sagen: Absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der das Gericht gerne kochen möchte, aber dabei auf Probleme stößt. Den Preis ist es auf jeden Fall mehr als wert!

: Review date:I like the seasoning of chop suey very much and was glad that the seasoning mix is now also available in organic. This seasoning tastes a little milder than the normal Chop Suey but you can still taste what it is. I will definitely order again.
Ich mag die Würze von Chop Suey sehr gerne und war froh, dass es die Würzmischung nun auch in Bio gibt. Diese Würzung schmeckt etwas milder als das normale Chop Suey aber man kann immer noch gut herausschmecken wobei es sich handelt. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen.
