Chicken Tandoori Indian Roast Chicken on braised vegetables
Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 1 pack Beltane biofix Chicken Tandoori
- 2 (ca. 400 g) chicken legs
- 400 g mixed vegetables, e.g. potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, onions
- 50 ml water
- Cut vegetables into large cubes and mix with spice mix 2 (large sachet) in a greased baking dish. Add 50 ml water.
- Skin chicken legs and cut across the fibre 4 – 5 times. Stir spice mix 1 (small sachet) into 2 tbs cooking oil and brush on chicken legs with a pastry brush. Place the chicken legs on top of the vegetables and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 60 minutes.

: Review date:At Beltane, you season in two steps. I think it's a really good idea to mix the heat-sensitive spices from the heat-resistant ones. Although I cook often and with pleasure, I would not know which spices survive the temperatures in hot oil and which do not. It also worked very well for the Chicken Tandoori. Application easy, result very tasty. Absolutely recommendable.
Bei Beltane würzt man in zwei Schritten. Ich finde es eine ausgesprochen gute Idee, die hitzeempfindlichen von den hitzeresistenzen Gewürzen zu mischen. Obwohl ich oft und gerne kochen, wüsste ich nicht, welche Gewürze die Temperaturen in heißem Öl überleben und welche nicht. Auch das Chicken Tandoori ist es sehr gut gelungen. Anwendung einfach, Resultat sehr schmackhaft. Absolut empfehlenswert.
