Beltane biofix Broccoli Gratin. Especially good for seasoning gratins, casseroles and creamy soups. It has never been so easy bring fresh vegetables to the table. Seasoning is done in two steps: At roasting and at cooking!
Recipe Broccoli Gratin pasta and cheese (for 2 persons)
Ingredients
  • 1 pack Beltane biofix Vegetable Gratin
  • 125 g pasta
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g melting cheese
  • 300 ml water
Preparation
  1. Put uncooked pasta in a greased baking dish. Cut the broccoli into smaller pieces. Prepare cream and 300 ml water.
  2. Put 1 tbs. cooking oil and spice mix 1 (small sachet) in a frying pan. Heat gently until the spices exude their scents, then add the broccoli and brown lightly.
  3. Add water and cream, stir in spice mix 2 (large sachet) and bring to the boil for a few seconds. Pour over the pasta, sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 30 minutes in the oven at 200°C (air-circulation: 170°C).
Variant vegetable gratin: Succeeds also with 300 g mixed vegetables to taste.

Tastes very good and can also be prepared vegan. However, the spiciness is a bit strong but otherwise everything is ok.

Hebt mein ohnehin schon leckeres Brokkoli-Käse-Gratin auf den nächsten Level. Nach dem Chili con Carne schon der zweite Volltreffer mit Beltane. Bei der nächsten Bestellung werde ich darum wieder ein paar neue Mischungen ausprobieren.
