Seasoning is done in two steps: At roasting and at cooking!
Ingredients: 150 g spaghetti, 200 g sliced meat (turkey breast, chicken breast, pork, veal, beef), 300 grams of vegetables (for example carrots, paprika, leek, scallions), 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Cut meat and vegetables into strips. Break spaghetti, cook "al dente" according to package instructions and drain.
- Add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and spice mix 1 (small sachet) in a non-stick pan. Then heat hotplate. Once the spices exude their scents, add meat and fry. Add the vegetables and fry briefly.
- Add spaghetti and soy sauce and sprinkle the spice mix 2 (large sachet) over it and stir fry for about 5 minutes until the desired browning.
