Bauck Wunderbrødchen Muesli Organic Baking Mixture, gluten free. A great snack on the go and a real highlight on the breakfast table. Enjoy bread rolls made from oats with the sweetness of sultanas and dates. The preparation is super simple: add water, let it swell, shape it and put it in the oven!

Preparation for 8 rolls

Ingredients: 350 g bread roll mixture, 350 ml water (lukewarm)

Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat.
Briefly mix the bread roll mixture with water in a bowl. Leave the dough mixture to soak for 5 minutes.
With moistened hands, divide the dough mixture into eight equal-sized pieces, roll into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the dough pieces so that they are about 2 cm high.
Place the rolls (without rising time) on medium-high in the preheated oven.
Remove from the oven after about 35 minutes and leave to cool well on a wire rack.

Tip: Well suited for freezing.
