Bauck Organic Veggie Mix Kottbullar. Complete mixture for vegan balls based on rice. Köttbullar is probably the culinary classic from Scandinavia par excellence. All you need is: 225 ml cold water and 2 tbsp neutral oil (e.g. frying oil), oil for the pan.

Preparation for approx. 20 pieces: 
  1. Put the mix with water and oil into a bowl and mix well. Leave to swell for 2-3 minutes. 
  2. Form the mixture into walnut-sized balls with moistened hands. 
  3. Heat plenty of oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the balls on all sides.
