Ready mix for patties based on cereals with vegetables

Bauck Mühle Organic Veggie Mix Gold Nuggets. The vegan ready-mix, which is grain-based, requires only 250 ml of water and makes 18-20 delicious nuggets. You can also fill the nuggets with cheese, roll them in breadcrumbs and add herbs such as parsley, chives or basil to taste.
Preparation for 18-20 nuggets:

All you need is 250 ml boiling water and a little oil for the pan, nothing else!

It's that simple:
  1. Pour the mix into a bowl with boiling water and stir well. Leave to soak for 2-3 minutes.
  2. With moistened hands, shape the mixture into individual nuggets about the size of a teaspoon (approx. 2 cm thick).
  3. Heat plenty of oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the nuggets on both sides until golden brown.
