Bauck Organic Veggie Mix Gold Nuggets. Based on wheat. Do you want to make your own veggie nuggets? Mix, shape, fry and enjoy! By the way, the vegan nuggets become extra crispy and extra delicious with breadcrumb coating. You can make your own vegan breadcrumb coating, for example, with a mixture of chickpea flour, breadcrumbs and a vegetable drink.
All you need is: 200 ml cold water and oil for the pan.

Preparation for 18-20 pieces: 
  1. Put the nugget mix with water in a bowl and mix well. Leave to soak for 2-3 minutes. 
  2. Form individual nuggets from the mixture, about the size of a teaspoon, with moistened hands. 
  3. Heat plenty of oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the nuggets until golden brown on all sides. 
Serving tip: Instead of shaping the nuggets yourself, you can also use biscuit moulds to cut out hearts from the mixture, for example.
