Bauck Organic Veggie Mix Fricadelle Red Bean. Discover a vegan complete mixture with 22% kidney beans. The vegan fricadelle mix is a delicious party snack. Shape the mix into small round balls and skewer them on small wooden skewers after frying, together with various pieces of vegetables and vegan cheese cubes.
All you need is: 225 ml cold water and oil for the pan.

Preparation for 10-12 pieces: 
  1. Put the mix with water in a bowl and mix well. Leave to swell for 5 minutes. Then stir well again. 
  2. Form tablespoon-sized patties with moistened hands. 
  3. Heat plenty of oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the patties on both sides.

These veggie meatballs are very quick and easy to prepare. The flavour and consistency are also good for "fast food". Only the salt content is far too high for my taste (3.1g per 100g). Therefore only 3 stars.
