Bauck Organic Veggie Burger Complete Mixture. The package contents of the organic veggie burger mix are sufficient for 4 large burgers or 8 small patties. Basic recipe:

Not my thing. Neither the consistency nor the taste appeals to me. If you stick to the instructions for the amount of water, you get sticky, pappy, sticky burgers. They are only deliciously crispy on the outside. I also find the seasoning unoriginal. As soon as you pour on the water, you get a simple smell of broth, and that's how the burgers taste. There are much tastier competing products here at Violey.

Nicht mein Ding. Weder Konsistenz noch Geschmack sagen mir zu. Hält man sich an die Angaben der Wassermenge, erhält man klebrige, pampige, kleistrige Burger. Nur außen sind sie lecker knusprig. Zudem finde ich die Würzung unoriginell. Schon beim Angießen des Wassers steigt simpler Brühe-Geruch auf, und so schmecken die Burger auch. Da gibt es hier bei Violey viel leckerere Konkurrenzprodukte.

Great mixture for veggie burgers. To make it even more aromatic, I added a few (finely chopped) mushrooms last time. It tasted very good.

Tolle Mischung für Gemüseburger. Damit es noch ein bisschen aromatischer wird, hab ich beim letzten Mal ein paar (kleingehackte) Pilze mit reingerührt. Hat sehr gut geschmeckt.
