: Review date:It tastes very good! I use it for potato slices (not too thin slices), mostly already cooked ones left over from lunch. Put some olive oil in a small wok or pan, put the potato slices in there, fry a little and let the spelt breadcrumbs from Bauckhof trickle over the potatoes, between them and around them in the oil. Quickly turn and move them around several times with wooden spatulas. It tastes very good and fills you up :-).
Es schmeckt sehr gut! Ich benutze es für Kartoffelscheiben (nicht zu dünne Scheiben), meistens bereits gekochte, die übrig blieben vom Mittagsessen. Etwas Olivenöl in einen kleinen Wok oder kleine Pfanne, die Kartoffelscheiben dort rein, ein bißchen anbraten und das Dinkel-Paniermehl vom Bauckhof rieseln lassen: über die Kartoffeln, zwischen sie und drum rum in das Öl. Schnell mit Holzspatteln mehrmals umdrehen und bewegen. Es schmeckt sehr gut und macht satt :-).
