Bauck Organic Sauce Thickener. The gluten free gravy thickener is neutral in color and taste and can be used for light or dark sauces, soups, pasta dishes, stews and much more.
Preparation
For 250 ml of liquid you need 1 tbsp of sauce thickener. Bring 250 ml of liquid (water, broth, milk, gravy, vegetable water) to the boil. Add 1 tablespoon Sauce Thickener in 2 tablespoons of cold water. As soon as the 250 ml of liquid is boiled, pour the Sauce Thickener and stir well. Let it boil for a short time.
