Keep buying this flour, it's perfect for my gluten-free bread that I bake myself. Very pleasant to use and wholemeal rice flour.

Kaufe dieses Mehl immer wieder, es ist perfekt für mein glutenfreies Brot dass ich selbst backe. Sehr angenehm zu verwenden und Vollkornreismehl.

Great for thickening sauces, making yeast sauce (I make this without butter / margarine, it works wonderfully with this flour), gluten-free bread / biscuits and much more.

Super zum Binden von Soßen, Herstellen von Hefeschmelz (ich mache diesen ohne Butter / Margarine, mit diesem Mehl klappt das wunderbar), glutenfreies Brot / Kekse uvm.

At the moment, I'm experimenting a bit with flours when baking bread. This rice flour is easy to work with and meets my expectations. However, since I don't have to eat a gluten-free diet, I don't have any comparison possibilities.

Momentan experimentiere ich ein wenig beim Brot backen mit den Mehlsorten. Dieses Reismehl ist gut zu verarbeiten und entspricht meinen Erwartungen. Da ich mich jedoch nicht glutenfrei ernähren muß, fehlen mir die Vergleichsmöglichkeiten.
