Curry mix combined with coconut

Bauck Organic Ready Mix Curry Coconut Falafel. This mix is quickly prepared as you just have to add water. The mixture can be refined well with sesame seeds or dried fruits. The package quantity is enough for around 14 falafel balls. Alternatively, it is the basis for chickpea puree, casseroles, soups or fillings.
Basic recipe:
  1. Stir the contents of the packet into 275 ml boiling water and leave to soak for 15 minutes. 
  2. Mix the mixture well again and then form teaspoon-sized balls with moistened hands. 
  3. Deep-fry the falafel balls in plenty of hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
