: Review date:The oat flakes have a great consistency in my muesli: 2 tbsp. oat flakes, juice of an orange, 1 ripe banana and approx. 150g grapes and as a topping 1 tbsp. chia seeds, let stand briefly so that the oat flakes absorb the juice.
I can't say anything about gluten tolerance, as I don't have any. I will now try the normal small oat flakes from Bauckhof to see if they have the same consistency.
Die Haferflocken haben eine tolle Konsistenz in meinem Müsli: 2 Eßl. Haferflocken, Saft einer Orange, 1 reife Banane und ca. 150g Weintrauben und als Topping 1 Eßl. Chiasamen, kurz stehen lassen, damit die Haferflocken den Saft aufnehmen.
Zur Glutenverträglichkeit kann ich nichts sagen, da ich keine Unverträglichkeit habe. Werde jetzt aber die normalen Kleinblatt Haferflocken von Bauckhof probieren, ob diese die gleiche Konsistenz haben.

At first, I used the flakes in the classic way for my muesli. But they are actually too small for that, and my muesli always turned into porridge. That's why I decided to bake oat biscuits. And they turned out great. My family ate them all in no time, so I had to make more. I highly recommend the oatmeal for baking. And for my muesli, I have since ordered the large flakes again.
Ich habe die glutenfreien Haferflocken von B. letzten Monat zum ersten Mal getestet und generell für gut befunden. Zumindest bis dato habe ich noch keine Beschwerden bekommen. Anfangs habe ich die Flocken ganz klassisch für mein Müsli verwendet. Dafür sind sie aber eigentlich zu klein, aus meinem Müsli wurde immer Brei. Deshalb habe ich mich für das Backen von Haferkeksen entschieden. Und die sind großartig geworden. Meine Familie hat im Nu alle aufgegessen, so dass ich noch einmal Nachschub machen musste. Zum Backen sind die Haferflocken sehr zu empfehlen. Und für mein Müsli habe ich mir inzwischen noch einmal extra die großen Flocken bestellt.

Nach Empfehlung habe ich zunächst nur sehr wenig gegessen und die Menge langsam vergrößert. Ich empfinde die Haferflocken als sehr bekömmlich und lecker. Sie sind zudem schön kernig. Esse sie am liebsten zum Frühstück mit Milch. Da sie so klein sind, eignen sie sich aber auch hervorragend zum Backen - ich habe bereits ein Rezept für sehr leckere Haferkekse ausprobiert.
