Organic Oat Pancakes Baking Mix. The unsweetened¹ mixture for oat pancakes can be made in no time at all. Simply add milk or plant-based drink, egg and oil, bake in the pan and you're done. Delicious for breakfast or as a snack between meals. Whether you like it savoury or sweet, you can refine the pancakes however you like.

It's that simple:

Add these ingredients: 200 ml milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp neutral oil

For vegan preparation, add: 225 ml plant-based drink, 2 tbsp neutral oil

Place the pancake mix, milk, egg and oil in a bowl and mix to form a smooth batter.
Preheat a non-stick frying pan to a medium heat and pour 1 tablespoon of batter per pancake into the ungreased pan.
When bubbles form on the surface, flip the pancakes and continue to bake until golden brown.

For the vegan preparation, mix the mixture with the vegetable drink and oil to form a smooth batter.
