I came across Bauckhof oat bran on the recommendation of a friend. She has been using it herself for some time and is just as enthusiastic about it as I am. I give it five stars because it is so well tolerated.
Wer sehr viel im Büro arbeitet, kennt das Problem: Man sitzt den ganzen Tag und hat sehr wenig Bewegung. Wer zu viel isst, der hat ein ständiges Völlegefühl im Magen. Man fühlt sich schlapp und müde. Seit ich die Haferkleie für mich entdeckt habe, ist es damit vorbei. Ich bin gesättigt, aber nicht müde. Zusätzlich habe ich keine Verdauungsprobleme mehr. Diese Zeiten sind vorbei. Auf die Haferkleie von Bauckhof kam ich auf Empfehlung einer Freundin. Sie verwendet sie selber schon seit einiger Zeit und ist von ihr genauso begeistert wie ich. Wegen der guten Verträglichkeit gibt es von mir fünf Sterne.
