: Description:
- Place the mixture in a bowl and pour 225ml boiling water over it, stir well and leave to soak for 15 minutes.
- Form 4 patties with moistened hands.
- Fry in hot fat on both sides until golden brown.
- Mushroom burger: Add 2 tbsp of finely chopped mushrooms.
- Grilled burger: Add 2 tbsp fried onions or roasted sunflower seeds.
- Stuffed vegetables: Fill the courgettes or peppers with the mixed burger mixture and fry in a pan.

The pack is sufficient for 4 large burger patties or 8-10 small patties. The smaller the patties, the crispier they are and are ideal for snacking.
Serve on a wooden skewer with grapes, cheese cubes and cocktail tomatoes.
